Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test ServiceNow catalog items, scoped apps, automation, and integrations.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to analyze requirements and provide production support for ITSM modules and AI-enabled features. You will work on Now Assist AI capabilities, data mapping, and upgrades planning, using JavaScript across server and client sides, and align with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, and Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain current state architecture documentation for the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to gather requirements and configure new requirements per ITIL practices.
• Develop technical design documents and create test plans; coordinate testing activities.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution; contribute to development efforts using JavaScript across modules.
