Job summary

ACCENTURE is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to provide technical leadership in planning, analyzing, and supporting ServiceNow implementations across multiple projects. Candidate will design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications within an agile environment.

The role requires 1+ year of ServiceNow development or architecture, experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, and a mindset to automate. A joining bonus of ₱150,000 is discussed during offers.

Qualifications

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the implementation of ServiceNow products or group of applications.
• Facilitate impact assessment efforts in producing and reviewing estimates and solutions for client work requests.
• Design, build and configure ServiceNow applications.
• Work with an agile mindset to create value across ServiceNow projects of multiple scopes and scale.
• Apply innovative ideas to drive automation.
• Drive the delivery of outputs according to agreed schedules and specifications.
• Combine business acumen and analytic insight with programming skills to design, develop, configure, build and support ServiceNow applications to meet specific requirements.
• Develop ServiceNow application code, working through each sprint based on agreed stories - turning user requirements into testable product.
• Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practice software engineering and ITIL methodology.
• Identify and solve issues and incidents within multiple components of the ServiceNow platform.

About you

• ServiceNow development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
• 1 year or more experience on ServiceNow development/architecture
• Agile or Scrum methodology
• GenAI
• Any ServiceNow certification
• ITIL knowledge and/or certification
• A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team
• A mindset to automate everything
