Job summary

ACCENTURE is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to provide technical leadership in planning, analyzing, and supporting ServiceNow implementations across multiple projects. Candidate will design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications within an agile environment.

The role requires 1+ year of ServiceNow development or architecture, experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, and a mindset to automate. A joining bonus of ₱150,000 is discussed during offers.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM as applicable.
• Proven ability to design, build, test and deploy ServiceNow apps.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support ServiceNow implementations.
• Facilitate impact assessments and produce estimates for client work requests.
• Design, build and configure ServiceNow applications across multiple scopes.
