Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, BRs, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP and related tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in global teams.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support global business operations. Working closely with international IT teams and stakeholders, you will deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow development, ITSM, and automation expertise who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a global environment.

Your Role

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business and IT process requirements.
• Configure and maintain platform components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automation.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related platform data structures.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvements.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and best practices to improve service quality and user satisfaction.

Your Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security, access controls, and upgrade-safe development practices.
• Experience managing deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience working in international or distributed IT environments.
• Additional language skills and willingness to travel when required.
