Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an ITSM expert to customize and maintain core ITSM modules—Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment—and to ensure alignment with ITIL practices.

You will design, implement, and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), map Business Services, Application Services, and Service Offerings within the CMDB, and develop workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4
• CSA and CAD certifications required; ITSM or CSDM certifications preferred
• Strong data modeling and CMDB governance experience

Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request Fulfillment)
• Design, implement, and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB mappings
• Develop and enhance workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub
• Create and execute test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and conduct regression testing before deployments

Your Day-to-Day

• Customize and maintain core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment
• Design, implement, and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ensuring proper mapping of Business Services, Application Services, and Service Offerings within the CMDB
• Develop and enhance workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub
• Create and execute test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and conduct regression testing before deploying updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 best practices
• Mandatory certifications include Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD); certifications in ITSM or CSDM are highly preferred
• Strong understanding of data modeling, with hands‑on experience in implementing ServiceNow CSDM and managing how foundational data flows into CMDB governance

Work Setup

• Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work-from-office)
• Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
