Job summary

Avensys Consulting, a reputed global IT services company, seeks an ITSM ServiceNow Developer in Makati. The role features onsite work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, with remote work for the remaining three days, enabling a hybrid schedule.

You will implement, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules, aligning with ITIL best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development.
• Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 best practices.
• Experience in configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.

Title: ITSM ServiceNow Developer

Work mode: Onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday; remote for the remaining three working days

Location: Makati

Mandatory Skills -

Core Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment

Key Areas: CSDM, CMDB governance, workflow automation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration

Mandatory Certifications : ServiceNow CSA and CAD

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development.
• Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 best practices.
• Experience in configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB structure, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
