IBM Consulting is seeking an Application Developer for ServiceNow Implementation in Quezon City, Philippines. You will balance rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies, with strong focus on ITSM processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the IT Service Management (ITSM) module, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
• Experience developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and automation on ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is highly preferred.
