Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a ServiceNow Developer I to join our Makati City team, focusing on building, automating and maintaining the ServiceNow platform that powers critical business services. You will contribute to design decisions, code solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform enhancements.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, spending an initial period onsite to accelerate learning, with opportunities to leverage AI capabilities and modern web development practices across

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Configuration Management Database, and related modules.
• Knowledge of integration design, workflow automation, and platform customization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and support the ServiceNow platform powering critical business services across Pax8.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, demonstrations, testing activities and user enablement.
• Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, notifications, business logic, reports and platform configurations.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Contribute to release processes and platform governance for reliability and usability.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot incidents and support on‑call rotations as needed.
• Develop automation capabilities that reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.
• Explore AI‑enabled tools and identify practical use cases delivering business value.
• Create clear technical documentation and share knowledge with colleagues to foster learning.
