Responsibilities

• Participate in the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow modules.
• Develop solutions using ServiceNow development tools and scripting languages (REST, JavaScript, HTML, PowerShell, etc.).
• Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests and stories per SLAs and policies.
• Consult with customers on ServiceNow features and functions.
• Create dashboards and reports for customers on request.
• Create and maintain test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
