Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience and a strong HRSD background. You will lead end-to-end development, from scratch to maintenance, on ServiceNow solutions.

The project focuses on a one-stop-shop for DFI employees, including catalogs, FAQs, onboarding/offboarding, and internal service requests. Hybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote; ServiceNow certification is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• End-to-end development across full lifecycle.
• HRSD background with ability to build from scratch.
• ServiceNow certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a one-stop-shop ServiceNow application for DFI employees.
• Implement use cases: catalogs, FAQs, onboarding/offboarding, internal service requests.
• Work in an Agile, fast-paced environment and provide ongoing maintenance.
