Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience and a strong HRSD background. You will lead end-to-end development, from scratch to maintenance, on ServiceNow solutions.

The project focuses on a one-stop-shop for DFI employees, including catalogs, FAQs, onboarding/offboarding, and internal service requests. Hybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote; ServiceNow certification is required.

ServiceNow Developer

Candidates with a strong HRSD background and minimal ITSM exposure, as ITSM skills can be trained internally due to limited availability in the market. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end, hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, including building solutions from scratch, full-cycle implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Experience level: Mid-level, with approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Project focus: The role will primarily focus on the development of a one-stop-shop application for DFI employees. This platform will support use cases such as communication catalogs, FAQs, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other internal service requests.

• Stakeholder interaction: Direct stakeholder interaction is not required for this role.
• Certification: ServiceNow certification is required.
• Location: Ortigas main office

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Work setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home) - PH-Based
