Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow apps and modules per requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and UX improvements.
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems for unified employee experience.
• Maintain and enhance apps, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in agile ceremonies; work with analysts, architects, PMs to deliver on time.
• Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across the lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical docs and user guides.
