Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design, implement, test and manage ServiceNow configurations, and to integrate external systems using SOAP/REST APIs. You will also handle incident and problem management and create comprehensive documentation while delivering user training.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work independently or in Agile teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application development or system administration.
• Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow and integrations via APIs.
• ITIL experience or ITIL certification preferred.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and write clear work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and modify ServiceNow configuration changes.
• Design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow features and enhancements.
• Integrate, manage and support ServiceNow across environments.
• Incident and problem management responsibilities.
• Create and maintain documentation; deliver user training as needed.
• Participate in and advocate Agile methodologies.
• Estimate tasks and evaluate issues and risks; propose proofs of concept to reduce project risk.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 3 years' relevant experience (application development \ system admin).
• Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Experience with ITIL or ITIL Certified.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and within team environment on both large & small projects.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear work instructions.
• Good analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and release schedules.
