ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking an IT support and technical services professional to join our client’s team supporting Australian businesses. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT with hybrid work arrangements.

You will plan and coordinate projects, manage resources and scheduling, maintain documentation and reports, ensure effective communication, and monitor quality to achieve customer satisfaction, with growth opportunities and benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate IT projects, configure and set up projects.
• Allocate resources and schedule materials.
• Maintain task docs, generate status reports and meeting minutes.
• Maintain regular internal and external communication.
• Monitor projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

• Project planning and coordination of projects - Configuration, setup, planning
• Resource Management - Resource allocation, materials and scheduling
• Documentation and reporting - Task management, status reports, meeting minutes
• High & Effective Communication - Regular communication internally and externally
• Quality Assurance - Project monitoring, customer satisfaction
