Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a results-driven Project Manager/Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee end-to-end technology projects and service delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, scope, and quality while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven PM experience in tech, strong methodologies knowledge, superb organisation, and excellent communication.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects including timelines, budgets, scope and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings, workshops and client updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery aligns with company processes and client expectations.
• Coordinate service delivery activities and support requests across teams.
• Monitor tasks for timely completion and resolution.
• Support resource scheduling and workload coordination.
• Maintain documentation and client communications.
• Support continuous improvement in service delivery operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in a Project Manager, Service Delivery Coordinator, or similar role within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Desirable

• Experience in managed services, IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting environments.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Understanding of service management principles (ITIL knowledge advantageous).

What will you do?

Project Management

Service Coordination

• Coordinate service delivery activities and support requests across internal teams.
• Monitor project and service-related tasks to ensure timely completion and resolution.
• Assist with resource scheduling and workload coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and client communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery operations.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client communications, escalations, and ongoing support coordination.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, service performance, and key deliverables.
• Understand client business needs and identify opportunities to improve service outcomes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and proactive communication.
