Job summary

Arch Global Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items, custom apps, and AI-enabled workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while supporting upgrades and integrations.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience with ServiceNow, strong JavaScript skills, and the ability to work night shifts within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design for ITSM modules.
• Willing to work night shift and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation for AI-enabled workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and configure needs per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents and test plans; coordinate defect tracking.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution; contribute to development efforts.
