Job summary

Atos Data in the Philippines seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead AI-driven automation and advanced workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will design, configure, and develop scalable solutions, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to implement enterprise-grade integrations.

The role focuses on Now Assist, GenAI workflows, AI Agents, and modern platform capabilities across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, with hands-on development and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CMDB/CSDM implementations.
• Hands-on developer in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM modules.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and automation use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform across modules.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence.
• Build and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalogs.
• Ensure security, best practices, and governance in development.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and release management.
• Support platform upgrades and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive solution design discussions.
• Contribute to reusable integration frameworks and accelerators.
