Responsibilities include configuring components, writing server-side and client-side scripts, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, performing testing, documentation, and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow development, config, admin and support.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Experience deploying across DEV/QA/PROD.
• CSA certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog and workflow automation.
• Understanding ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to support business processes, including workflows, integrations, and customizations. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow components, writing and optimizing server-side and client-side scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing unit and integration testing, maintaining documentation, and supporting platform upgrades and enhancements. The developer will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow implementations.

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands on experience ins ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Experience managing deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog. and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools.
• Non-negotiable skills: substantial experience in market analysis, pricing, market data interpretation, benhmarking, and forecasting could be prioritized.
