Responsibilities

This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to support enterprise workflows across ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow domains. The developer collaborates with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement best practices within the ServiceNow platform. Daily activities include developing integrations and APIs, optimizing performance, maintaining platform stability, and creating reusable components and documentation.
