Amaris Consulting in the Philippines seeks a ServiceNow GRC-focused Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to translate governance and compliance requirements into scalable solutions. You will run stakeholder workshops, map As-Is/To-Be processes, craft BRDs/FRDs, define workflows and controls, and collaborate with ServiceNow teams from design through UAT and deployment.

This role offers an international environment and opportunities to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ServiceNow Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on ServiceNow GRC implementation experience with risk, policy, controls, or audit management modules.
• Proven ability to map requirements to functional solutions and workflows.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Description du poste

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow GRC solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify gaps, and define As-Is / To-Be processes.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into functional requirements and scalable ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Design and define functional workflows, approval processes, roles, policies, controls, risk assessments, and remediation processes within the GRC platform.
• Work closely with ServiceNow technical teams to clarify requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to GRC implementation activities across areas such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Key Control Management, and Audit Management.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and execute functional testing and UAT scenarios to validate that delivered solutions meet business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders during UAT, manage feedback and defects, and support solution sign-off and deployment.
• Provide functional support and clarification throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business expectations and the delivered ServiceNow solution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow GRC processes, workflows, and best practices.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• From 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ServiceNow Consultant within enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementation, with solid knowledge of one or more areas such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Key Control Management, or Audit Management.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and functional solution design.
• Experience translating business or compliance requirements into ServiceNow functional solutions and workflows.
• Good understanding of GRC processes, including risk assessment, controls, compliance requirements, approvals, evidence collection, and remediation.
• Experience working with ServiceNow technical teams and understanding the distinction between functional requirements and technical implementation.
• Experience preparing functional documentation such as BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands‑on experience with functional testing and UAT, including test scenario preparation, defect management, and business validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• ServiceNow GRC certifications or relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
