Job summary

TTEC Cebu City is looking for a Service to Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Cebu City, Philippines. You’ll close sales with existing customers, identify upsell opportunities, handle calls, educate customers on current products, and consult on additional products to grow the business.

You’ll report to a Team Lead and contribute to customer experience and team performance, with ongoing coaching, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of BPO sales experience (or 2 years of BPO voice sales if high school graduate under old curriculum).
• Completed senior high school or two years in college.
• Strong verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
• Computer proficiency.

What You Bring to the Role
