Job summary

Allied Foodservice Equipment (S) Pte.Ltd. is seeking a Service Technician to perform regular servicing, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment in Santo Niño, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

You will install and commission equipment per specifications and safety standards, and diagnose faults to restore functionality. The role requires hands-on experience in installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, plus the ability to read basic manuals and prepare service

Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of field experience; able to work independently.
• Hands-on installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read basic equipment manuals and technical docs; write service reports in English.
• Bike ownership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular servicing, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

About the role

Service Technician performing regular servicing, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular servicing, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Install and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment follow specifications and safety standards.
• Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, mechanical or equipment related faults and perform appropriate corrective action to restore functionality and meet the required standards.
• Response to customer requests and follow up to ensure completed work meets appliance functional requirements for proper closure.
• Maintain tools, workshop areas in safe, clean and orderly manner.

About you

• Nitec, Higher Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2 years and above of field experience required and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Hands-on experience in installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Able to read basic equipment manuals, technical documentation and complete service reports in written English.
• Possessing a personal bike will be an added advantage
