Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT service management (ITIL framework).
• 3+ years of SAP knowledge or 5+ years in other Finance Applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across locations.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the job/ Overall responsibility

The Service Owner is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle, performance, and strategic alignment of specific IT services with stakeholders and ensures stable maintenance, while following DSV processes and DSV governance.

We work to create a healthy work environment for our team members and focus on competence development, corporation and continuous development and motivation.

Key Tasks

Team Player:

• Good navigation skills both within the Finance IT area but also with our main stakeholders like Business, Compliance, Project Management and Change Management teams.
• Ensure a good work environment in the team

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor service health through KPIs, managing SLAs and OLAs to ensure quality and reliability.
• Plan and manage individual service windows
• Define the service roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and remains sustainable.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard our applications and challenge processes etc.
• Make sure processes are updated and documented

• Works closely with Delivery Managers and other Finance IT team leads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in IT service management (ITIL framework)
• +3 years of SAP knowledge or +5 years in other Finance Applications
• Good understanding of technical operations and release processes.
• Good understanding of transport methodology.
• Understanding of the specific infrastructure, applications, or technology involved
• Experience in ServiceNow
• Process oriented with an eye for details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, build relationships, and collaborate with team members across locations.
• Analytical and process-oriented: Demonstrates strong finance systems knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a focus on driving tasks to completion.
• Adaptable and resilient: Works well under pressure, thrives in multi-task and changing environments, and can perform independently with minimal direction.
• Team-focused and proactive: Supports a collaborative, team-oriented environment while taking initiative, proactively communicating, and adapting to evolving company needs.
• Ability to analyze metrics and reports to drive improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and ability to translate technical concepts for business users
