Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Philippines seeks an ambitious Service Operations Excellence Supervisor to lead and support initiatives that boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. You will promote standardization, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement across service delivery teams.

You will oversee Lean Six Sigma projects, track KPIs with dashboards, and work with field operations, sales, finance, and customer service to drive automation and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in service operations, business operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in service-focused or field-service organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain operational excellence programs and best practices across service teams.
• Track and analyze service KPIs; develop dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement projects; facilitate root-cause analysis and automation initiatives.
• Supervise Operations Excellence Analysts or Coordinators; coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with field operations, sales, finance, and customer service; present insights to management.
