Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service or equipment service industry.
• Experience in customer service management is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, and email.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily to weekly technician schedules based on orders and project needs.
• Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Review and accept projects with sales and inventory teams.
• Coordinate handovers and prep for project execution.
• Collect daily service reports for documentation and invoicing.
• Share warranty service reports for claims processing.
• Monitor ongoing projects in the workshop to meet timelines.
• Report project status and deadlines to the Service Division Manager.
• Arrange delivery schedules with sales team and customers.
• Ensure deliveries meet customer expectations and standards.
• Oversee PDIs of machines to high quality standards.
