We are looking for a qualified and organized Planner/Scheduler to support plant operations and maintenance activities by developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate with various teams to ensure that planned activities are properly scheduled and completed within the required timelines.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Level: With at least 2 years of working experience as a Planner/Scheduler, preferably in plant operations, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning and scheduling software. Familiar with plant operations and maintenance procedures and standards. Able to develop, monitor, update, and maintain project schedules.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and maintain project and maintenance schedules; monitor progress against planned activities; coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other project teams; update schedules based on actual progress and changes; and provide timely schedule-related reports and updates.
• Qualities and Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Training: Training in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other planning and scheduling software is an advantage.
• License/Certification: Professional license is an advantage.
• Deployment: Willing to be deployed in Libjo, Batangas City.
• Availability: Can start immediately.
