Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 5+ years in service operations and prior supervisory experience. Strong Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain operational excellence programs across service teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Coach and develop team members and lead cross-functional improvement workshops.
• Collaborate with field operations, sales, finance, and customer service to implement changes.
