Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and monitor customer service requests and work orders
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, schedules, requirements, and updates
• Coordinate closely with dispatchers, service teams, and other departments to ensure smooth job execution
• Monitor the status and progress of ongoing service requests
• Follow up on pending, delayed, or incomplete service jobs
• Ensure that service records and customer information are accurate and updated
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary
• Coordinate the manpower, equipment, materials, and other service requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports
• Maintain good communication with customers and internal teams
