The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, familiarity with Alarm.com and Brivo, and experience handling inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience as CSR in security, alarm monitoring, CCTV, or access control.
• Familiarity with Alarm.com or Brivo.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Basic understanding of security systems and monitoring services.
• Account access, mobile apps, and user permissions troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating onsite technician visits.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM or helpdesk/ticketing platforms.
• Ability to handle urgent security concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and support requests professionally.
• Assist with Alarm.com, Brivo, and other applications.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for cameras, alarms, and access control issues.
• Assist with account setup, invitations, login issues, and user access requests.
• Coordinate onsite technician visits and service appointments.
• Communicate with security system providers and technical support teams when necessary.
• Create, update, and monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Keep customers informed about service requests, appointments, and system-related updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technician or support team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
