Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, with relevant experience in service coordination or maintenance planning is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client meetings.
• Experience handling sensitive documentation and clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming fault calls.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Submit monthly fault call reports to customers with accuracy and clarity.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate service and maintenance activities.
• Handle security clearance submissions.
• Update and maintain records of service and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals and deliverables.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
