Job summary

The ideal candidate is a Registered Civil Engineer with a BS CE, strong project maintenance experience, cost estimation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD or ZWCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) is required.
• Experience in project maintenance and civil works.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or ZWCAD.
• Ability to lead and supervise with third-party contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor Job Orders (JOs) received from internal customers from implementation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain project schedules by monitoring JO progress and coordinating activities with in-house and third-party contractors.

• Address project concerns and resolve issues that may affect timelines, quality, or completion.

• Prepare and maintain pending and completed JO reports, providing clear descriptions and updates on project status.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing established procedures, rules, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).

• With substantial experience in project maintenance works, particularly civil works.

• Knowledgeable in preparing cost estimates.

• Proficient in AutoCAD/ZWCAD.

• Able to lead, supervise, and effectively communicate with third-party contractors.

• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
