Qualifications

• Graduate of any allied health course, vocational course, or relevant technical training.
• With or without dialysis/renal technician experience.
• Dialysis technician training or certification is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo training and work on shifting schedules.
• Able to handle technical and patient-care tasks.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and disinfect dialysis machines and equipment
• Assist nurses during pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures
• Monitor dialysis machines and promptly report alarms or malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment
• Ensure proper handling and inventory of dialysis supplies and consumables
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Assist in patient preparation and positioning for dialysis
• Maintain accurate records and equipment logs
• Support emergency procedures during dialysis sessions
• Keep the dialysis unit clean, safe, and organized
