Formación

• Associates or technical degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years IT support experience with networking basics, Windows desktop environments, Windows OS and Office365.
• Experience in a customer service environment and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and tickets from clients via phone and email and provide initial support.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed to deliver timely resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service request records.
• Follow up on older tickets to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing new client equipment and workstation setups when required.
