Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to manage provisioning and activation of enterprise telecom services such as NBN Enterprise Ethernet, Telstra Ethernet/Wholesale Internet, and TPG/Vocus fibre in Metro Manila. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order tracking.

The role requires 1 year in Telco provisioning, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Telco Account provisioning, end-to-end process is a must.
• Exposure to NBN Enterprise Ethernet, Telstra Ethernet/Wholesale Internet, and/or TPG/Vocus fibre (Corporate Business).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning and activation of enterprise telecom services to ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams; provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain service records, generate accurate reports, and support process improvement initiatives.

POSITION: Service Delivery Specialist (Enterprise & Fibre Services)

We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to manage the provisioning and activation of enterprise telecommunications services, including NBN Enterprise Ethernet, Telstra Ethernet/Wholesale Business Internet, and TPG/Vocus fibre.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will play a key role in managing service activations, tracking order progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• Experienced in managing the end-to-end provisioning and delivery of telecommunications services, ensuring all orders are completed within SLA and KPI targets. Responsible for service activations, MACs (Moves, Adds, and Changes), order tracking, and proactive coordination with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Acts as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams by providing accurate updates, resolving service-related queries, and escalating issues when necessary. Maintains service records, prepares accurate reports, and ensures compliance with operational processes and quality standards.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, assisting with training and documentation updates, and contributing to team success through collaboration and customer-focused service.
