Responsibilities

• Prepare daily schedules for Service Technicians and Service Engineers
• Proper & Efficient Coordination between customers and service personnel.
• Prepare budget request.
• Answers phone call inquiries of customers regarding service matters.
• Accurately maintaining service records, generate reports and analyzing data.
