Job summary

Allianz Partners Health is seeking a Service Delivery Support in Makati to maintain relationships with outsourcing partners and ensure effective service delivery for the assigned account. The role reports to the Service Delivery Manager in Operations Transformation & Support.

Responsibilities include coordinating with TPPs, identifying root causes, documenting scorecards, and leading meetings to drive swift issue resolution and improved member experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of service delivery experience or account management in a multinational environment.
• Experience in project management and/or data analytics is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the assigned account and manage relationships with outsourcing partners for Allianz Partners Health.
• Identify root causes and drive mitigation plans to enhance service delivery.
• Document and maintain TPP information (scorecards) and communicate to stakeholders.
• Lead TPP meetings and participate in business reviews to provide feedback.
• Support issue resolution and drive improvements in member experience.
