Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated (Makati) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, govern projects, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.

The role requires proven leadership in managing project teams, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another computer-related course.
• At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end project delivery and execution.
• At least 7 years of experience in project governance, timeline management, and budget management.
• At least 7 years of experience in stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing project teams and coordinating project activities.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive reports, project updates, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite per week.
