Job summary

IT Managers Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, balancing software implementations with IT infrastructure initiatives. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and dual proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams, ensure governance and contractual compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. A proven track record in PMO environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or a related IT project delivery role.
• Experience handling software implementation projects and IT infrastructure projects.
• Background in Contract Management, including vendor management, contract compliance, and deliverables monitoring.
• Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or workstreams.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee software implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business requirements.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Handle contract management, including contract compliance, deliverables monitoring, vendor coordination, and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs and delivery requirements.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreams to meet business objectives and client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve delivery issues, and communicate project status, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, contractual obligations, and organizational standards.
• Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and documentation for management and clients.
