Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing project teams.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects across teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Ability to identify and resolve risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
