Job summary

Macquarie Manila is seeking a senior leader to drive service delivery and business operations, improving processes through automation and best practices. You will oversee day-to-day operations, project delivery and governance, ensuring commitments are met and performance is clear and reliable.

You will collaborate with partners to drive continuous improvement, support informed decision making, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business operations, operations management or service delivery.
• 10 years' experience with Identity Access Management.
• Experience designing and managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, preferably with certification.
• Strong experience in data analysis and service reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or Splunk.
• Knowledge of service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Helix or Remedy, with an understanding of governance and controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills, with experience working in structured project methods such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is an advantage.
