You will manage projects end-to-end, analyze system linkages, and advocate continuous improvement with clients and colleagues, embracing technology to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least one Bachelor's degree.
• 7–11 years of experience in software or AI-related roles.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions.
• Mentor teams to enhance skills in software engineering and product innovation.
• Design, code, and test applications to meet client needs and UX standards.
• Oversee enterprise application integration and ensure seamless functionality.
• Utilize Python and SwiftUI to develop and maintain software.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards for quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive CI/CD processes to improve development efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and implement solutions.
• Engage in client management to address project challenges.
