Overview

Service crew members perform daily duties that vary depending on customer volume and staff presence. Responsibilities include processing payments, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and fulfilling food orders while adhering to company values and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process Payments – handle cash and credit card transactions using POS equipment.
• Interact with Customers – respond to complaints and questions, resolve issues when possible, and refer to managers as needed.
• Upsell and Sell – employ selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
• Maintain Cleanliness – keep work areas and customer areas clean and organized.
• Maintain and Receive Supplies – stock supplies (napkins, condiments, cleaning products) and notify management when inventory is low.
• Greet and Assist – greet customers and answer incoming calls from customers or management.
• Fill Food Orders – assist with food preparation, present orders to customers, and verify orders for completeness.
• Team and Values – perform duties in alignment with the company’s 12 core values (Integrity, Honesty, Responsible, Self-Discipline, Professional, Punctual, Neat & Clean, Customer Care, Respect, Excellence, Consistency, Teamwork).

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in food industry sanitary and hygiene protocols.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and report to nearby branches for relief when needed.
• Must report to Area Manager/Team Leader/In-charge ahead of time (at least 8 hours before 9am) if health condition is bad or in case of emergency.
• Updated NBI, Police & Barangay Clearance.
• 1 valid ID.
• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG & TIN number.
• NSO birth certificate.
• Basic 5 medical exam with a Fit to Work certificate.
• Willing to work under flexible, multi-task, high-pressure conditions and to travel to other branches for relief as needed.
