• Handles timely coordination with supplier for warranty claim processing / RMA.
• Monitors parts replacement processing and return of defective parts on schedule.
• Provides regular submission of report monitoring.
• Facilitates pullout and return of defective machine from and to client / supplier.
• Prepares service route and transmittal in coordination with logistics.
• Assists the Service Team.
