Job summary

Datacom in Manila seeks a Service Configuration Management Analyst to deliver CMDB governance and configuration management services. You will work with Change and Incident Management teams to ensure accurate service asset data and high-quality configuration management delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar role, experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow), and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Service Configuration role.
• Experience with CMDB governance, reconciliation, and asset management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (Jira, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration management support to Service Configuration Managers.
• Govern and validate updates to Configuration Items (CI) within the CMDB.
• Deliver accurate CMDB reporting and escalate exceptions when needed.
• Transition new customers to the Configuration Management Service.
• Collaborate with Change and Incident Management and technical teams to ensure high-quality service.
