Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Configuration Management professional to own end-to-end CMDB lifecycle across our technology platforms in Manila. You will ensure accurate, reliable, and maintained configuration data for infrastructure, applications, and services, collaborating with engineering, operations, and platform teams.

Key responsibilities include maintaining CI models and data relationships, producing regular configuration health reports, and leading audits to identify gaps and risks.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT configuration management and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on CMDB administration across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with service dependencies and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess data quality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains Configuration Management Database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and integrity.
• Work with engineering, operations, and platform teams to ensure Configuration Items are properly recorded and updated throughout their lifecycle.
• Support automation and tooling improvements to enhance configuration data quality and usability.
• Define, implement, and enforce configuration management standards and procedures.
• Lead configuration audits and reconciliation activities to identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks.
