The role focuses on outsourcing new suppliers for operating equipment, ensuring timely and quality deliveries, and coordinating with F&B suppliers to optimize inventory and costs. The candidate should have at least 1 year in procurement or sourcing, familiarity with procurement systems (SCM, SAP), and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Procurement/Sourcing.
• Experience with cross functional teams.
• Familiar with procurement systems (SCM, SAP) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Outsource new suppliers for operating equipment supplies and other F&B supplier.
• Ensure that goods being ordered are delivered on time and in good quality.
• Interact closely with operating equipment and other F&B suppliers.
• Assist to consolidate inventory items if needed.
• Negotiate prices accordingly to generate savings.
• Facilitate and monitor shipment delivery dates and other importation documents.
• Involve in facilitating CER requests depending on the assigned CER.

• Has experience in dealing with cross functional teams
• Is knowledgeable in any Procurement System (i.e. SCM, SAP, etc.)
• Is proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Has good communication and people management skills
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty.
