Job summary

RCBC in Manila is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide competent, timely, and error-free over-the-counter services in the Business Center. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, recognize risks, and support branch objectives through excellent service.

• Able to ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions).
• Support in process improvement and technology implementation on branch systems, aligned with bank policies.
• Engage with the branch's clients and deliver excellent customer service and experience.
• Perform administrative tasks in a systematic manner.
