Job summary

RCBC Balanga is seeking a customer-focused Banking Associate to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services at the Business Center.

You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA and internal policies, identify risk areas, and support the branch’s service initiatives to deliver accurate transactions.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; graduates of any 4-year course are encouraged. You should be empathetic, organized, and able to engage with clients to build trust.

• Can support in various process improvement and technology implementation on all systems being used in the branch and implements accurately in line with the prescribed policies and procedures of the bank.
• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.
• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
