St. Paulina's Marketing Inc. is hiring a Service and Logistics Driver to support internal transport and delivery operations. You will transport personnel and goods, load and unload cargo, and maintain transport logs and vehicle standards.
The role includes route planning, cargo securing, and complying with safety protocols. You will cooperate with warehouse teams, handle deliveries, and ensure timely arrivals in a fast-paced logistics environment.
We are looking for a dependable, efficient, and safety-focused Service and Logistics Driver to support both internal transportation needs and supply chain delivery operations. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for transporting company personnel, delivering goods and materials to clients and warehouses, loading/unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate transport logs and vehicle standards.
Transport materials, inventory, equipment, and customer orders safely between warehouses, retail locations, job sites, and client facilities.
Inspect cargo prior to departure to ensure accurate quantities, proper packaging, and secure loading according to weight distributions and safety standards.
Safely load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallets, jacks).
Obtain signatures on delivery receipts, proof-of-delivery (POD) forms, and bills of lading upon delivery.
Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for corporate executives, staff, clients, and authorized site visitors.
Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation systems to bypass traffic congestion and ensure on-time passenger and cargo arrival.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and cargo straps).
Keep assignment logs up-to-date, recording daily mileage, fuel receipts, trip destinations, delivery statuses, and toll expenses.
Maintain clean and sanitary vehicle interiors and cargo bays at all times.
Coordinate routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs with approved service centers.
Strictly comply with local traffic laws, highway safety codes, load limits, and internal security protocols.
Requirement High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate restrictions/code for light to medium goods vehicles.
Work Experience 2–4 years of experience as a Logistics Driver, Delivery Driver, Service Driver, or Fleet Transport Specialist.
Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of route planning, defensive driving, cargo securing techniques, and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
Physical Capability Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) and stand/drive for extended periods.
Soft Skills & Attributes High integrity, excellent time management, customer-oriented attitude, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
