Responsibilities

Driving and Delivery:

• Safely operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.) according to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently and safely.
• Deliver goods to customers on time and in accordance with delivery schedules.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle logs as required.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers.
• Resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
